Directions:
Use Warm: Place the hand warmer on a paper towel. Heat in a microwave for 40 seconds. Shake and let cool for one minute before inserting your hand inside the warmer. Do not microwave for more than 60 seconds. Inside can be extremely hot initially.

Microwave each hand warmer for 40 seconds. If it's too hot, let it cool down first before inserting your hand inside.

It is easy to clean the hand warmers. Wash with mild soap in warm water. Line dry or microwave it to speed up the drying process.

My husband's hands have been ice cold his whole life and he's 50. Even when we lived in Florida for 27 years. Ice cold all the time. The reason these gloves work so well is they are heavy and have lots of [rice, beans, whatever they use] to make them warm everywhere. Some of the gloves on the market only have inserts that warm one area of the hand. These gloves offer total coverage of heating for a long period of time...it warms the entire hand and all fingers. My husband especially likes the material they used. It is thick and soft. We believe this product will last more than 20 years, just like similar products I bought from earth therapeutics back in 2002 for my shoulders. I use them weekly to this day. This is not a "throw away" item.

Great warming glove for hand nerve pain!

This warming glove was perfect for what I was looking for. I have nerve damage and no feeling in my index finger and thumb. This causes those digits to feel ice cold to the point of pain. This glove provides just the amount of warmth to soothe that pain. Great value for the price, it's easy- only rakes 40 seconds to heat, and has no odor or scent. I've been using it a lot and so fr it looks as if it will last a while.

Just what I've been needing

Perfect for arthritic hands!

These mitts are just the thing for when my hands ache from the cold winter weather. I love the velvet, it's so soft! I heat the mitts for about 2 minutes and use a blanket to help the heat last. The beads also offer the right amount of weight to ease the pain. I would like for the mitts to have been a little bit longer, I have to curl my fingers a bit (like a boxing glove) to keep my fingertips from poking the very end of the mitts. I have average size hands for a woman, so I think the mitts are made just a tad on the small side. That said, the mitts are still a great purchase and worth the money!

For initial heating, microwave for 1–2 minutes, depending on your microwave wattage and the weight of your product:

• 1.5 lb hand warmer: 40 seconds each (maximum 60 seconds)

• 0.5 lb eye mask: 30 seconds (maximum 40 seconds)

• 2.5 lb heat wrap: 1 minute 40 seconds (maximum 2 minutes)

• 4 lb heat wrap: 2 minutes 30 seconds (maximum 3 minutes)

We use fresh seeds, and the natural moisture inside may cause the product to take longer to heat during first use.

Always check the temperature before use and adjust heating time as needed.

After about 20–30 minutes, it’s normal for the heat wrap to feel cooler on the surface. However, the inside remains warmer than room temperature, which means it requires less time to warm up again and continues to provide comforting heat.

The wrap stays warm for approximately 20–30 minutes. To help retain heat longer, we recommend covering the wrap with a blanket or towel while in use.

The eye mask is made of plush fabric and cotton lining, filled with hydra-beads.

Many heat wraps feature anti-pill fleece on one side and high-quality T-shirt cotton on the other, while some smaller heat packs use thin cotton and fleece on each side. Common fillings include wheat or flax seeds, with or without lavender, as well as odorless hydrabeads.

Heat therapy works well. Due to the nature of the natural seeds, they don't get very cold compared to the chemical pads. We improved the design by using thinner cotton in some models. It should help the heat and cold to permeate.
