Microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave wattage. Some products are heavier, and it can take longer to heat up. Please also note that new wraps take longer to heat up initially due to the moisture inside the fresh seeds.
To prevent burns to the product, properly fold the product and flip it can ensure the even heating. The seeds are very hot inside, from the outside, it is hard to feel it. When using it, the heat will build up.
