My entrepreneurial journey started near 20 years ago while I was working at a desk, searching unsuccessfully for a neck support product to relieve my neck pain. After being dissatisfied with the available options, I decided to create an ergonomic product. Being a woman from a minority background living in the USA (with USA citizenship) had its challenges, but I worked to surround myself with medical experts and conducted user surveys. After two years of trial and error, I was able to finalize the design by collecting and synthesizing feedback. I faced challenges such as finding high-quality materials and adding beneficial features without sacrificing aesthetics. Once I launched my first product, there was no turning back!
