Microwave the wrap on a clean plate, flip after a minute, and then add 50 more seconds.
Drap it over the neck and shoulder. It could be used on the tummy, back, arm, leg, or anywhere that needs attention.
Use directly against the skin for better heat benefit.
Freeze in a plastic bag for 2 hours.
Spot clean only. Wipe with a damp cloth or spray rubbing alcohol, then wipe it off.

10/10 Heating Pad!

I love this product ten times more than I thought I would. I stopped using electric heating pads after a bad experience, and have not found a non electric heating pad that fits my needs until now. This heating pad has the perfect weight to it. It applies just enough pressure to the neck and shoulder area without feeling like I'm being weight down. It's microwaved for the perfect amount of time, and actually retains the heat for a long period of time. It does not smell when warmed in the microwave like other brands tend to do, and the pad keeps its shape perfectly. It's also great for double use as a heating pad for menstrual cramps. The fabric is soft and not itchy, and seems like thick and durable fabric. The pad is filled perfectly and does not get floppy at all. For the price point and the quality, I would recommend to anyone. Could also be used on the lower back when sitting in a chair. 10/10! Helps my shoulder and neck pain tremendously.

Saved my neck.

I was concerned it would be too heavy and uncomfortable. It's not, it's perfect weight, temperature easy to control, and easily fits my neck. The extra upper section goes up to hair line for extra comfort. I have more mobility and less pain.
