Microwave the wrap on a clean plate, flip after a minute, and then add 30 more seconds. The wrap is also moist and takes time to heat up initially. This will all improve after repeated use.
Drape it over the neck, shoulder, tummy, back, arm, leg, or anywhere that needs attention. Use directly against the skin for better heat benefit.
Do not exceed 2 minutes of total heating time.
Freeze in a plastic bag for 2 hours.
How to clean: remove the cover and machine wash it. Do not wet the bladder filled with seeds. The seeds will stick together and the wrap can become unusable.

First, I have to say I was given the extra large size as a gift. I re-ordered this particular product again. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the extra large size. I assumed when I placed the order, it was the large size. That being said, make sure when you order, to look at the different sizes. The small size is pretty small and the heat doesn’t last very long and it doesn’t feel nice and weighted, like the extra large one does. So, pay attention when you order, but it’s a wonderful product!!

I purchased the extra large back, shoulder and neck heat wrap. This is my second purchase. They work amazing and last so long. I lay on it after working or use it while working. It helps my pain tremendously!!
