Microwave the wrap on a clean plate, flip after a minute, and then add 20 more seconds. The wrap is intended to be moist after microwaving.
Drape it over the neck, shoulder, tummy, back, arm, leg, or anywhere that needs attention. Use directly against the skin for better heat benefit.
Do not exceed 2 minutes of total heating time.
Freeze in a plastic bag for 2 hours.
Spot clean only. Wipe with a damp cloth or spray rubbing alcohol, then wipe it off.

Very soothing, good size

The SunnyBay Small Microwave Heating Pad is wonderful. It's just the right size to nestle behind my neck, and the moist heat is so nice. It works well for low back too. I find it both relaxing and therapeutic. I followed the microwave instructions (I have a 1200 watt microwave) and found them to be perfect for the pad. It was a good temperature and stayed warm for a decent amount of time. Since this is filled with flax seeds it molds nicely to the shape of your body, it's very comfortable. I'm happy with this order.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Reviews I've posted will be from items I've had direct contact with. These are my honest opinions. I will not post a review for a product I have not had personal contact with.

Overpriced for how small it is

I did not find this to be a very practical size - it is very small. It's very limited on what you can use it for and for the price $29.99, I would have expected something much larger. Not something I would recommend because of the size and the price.

Good old school

This compact heating pad is perfect to have on hand. I typically use an electric heating pad but sometimes the microwaveable once's just do the trick. The extra weight feels really nice with the heat. I think an old school heating pad is necessary in every medicine cabinet.

Good Weight Relaxing

This has good weight. The (money) printed size provides a cooling sensation especially after it's been refrigerated. The black side is a fleece material. I am using this as a heating pouch for my tense trapezius muscles around neck/shoulder. Heat it up in microwave and apply directly on my tense muscles, very relaxing to use.
