Microwave the wrap on a clean plate, flip after a minute, and then add 30 more seconds. The wrap is also moist and takes time to heat up initially. This will all improve after repeated use.
Drape it over the neck, shoulder, tummy, back, arm, leg, or anywhere that needs attention. Use directly against the skin for better heat benefit.
Do not exceed 2 minutes of total heating time.
Freeze in a plastic bag for 2 hours.
How to clean: remove the cover and machine wash it. Do not wet the bladder filled with seeds. The seeds will stick together and the wrap can become unusable.

Moist heat is nice

An electric heating pad isn't always what you need. That's where this comes into play. Pop it in the microwave and you've got moist heat at the ready. This has some weight to it so it stays in place. The cover is removable for washing. I can't sleep with socks so I may or may not have heated this up and put it at the foot of my bed just before bedtime to warm my feeties. FYIâ€¦that works great.
