Very Comfortable
I bought this because my eye doctor says have dry eye and need to use a warm compress on my eyes. It works great. It said 20 sec, no more than 30 sec in the microwave. I found that I needed to do 30 sec and it was perfect. Very comfortable!

This design works well and is reasonable value at a price of $20 or so. All told, it is a bit heavy on the face, but does contact the eyes properly as it form fits well. I have tried another brand which is lighter, but required me to modify it as it didn't provide even coverage over the entire eye. I would like to see some provision to assist with the issue of a slow but steady accumulation of facial oils on the fabric.

Works pretty well for dry eye
I like the mterial which is soft and comfortable on my face. The mask does help with dry eye quite a bit. I look forward to the relief it helps with this condition. I cannot think of anything I don't like about it. Still too early to evaluate durability.

Fantastic Heated Eye Mask
I would highly recommend this product! I have a history of chronic dry eyes and have had many issues with prior heated eye masks. This one is by far my favourite! It heats up quickly, I typically heat for 30 seconds. The heat Disperses very evenly throughout the mask. I find that it last quite a long time. Although I’ve never times it, I have put it on and medicated for approximately 20-30 mins and it was still nice and warm. This is the best heated eye mask I’ve ever used!
