Fill: US-grown human-grade flax seeds
Fabric: washable anti-pill fleece as the cover and 100% cotton as the bladder cover

Microwave the wrap on a clean plate, flip after a minute, and then one more minute. The wrap is heavy. It can take longer to heat up. The wrap is also moist and takes time to heat up initially. This will all improve after repeated use.
Drape it over the neck, shoulder, tummy, back, arm, leg, or anywhere that needs attention. Use directly against the skin for better heat benefit.
Do not exceed 3 minutes of total heating time.
Freeze in a plastic bag for 2 hours.
How to clean: remove the cover and machine wash it. Do not wet the bladder filled with seeds. The seeds will stick together and the wrap can become unusable.

Best Body wrap ever!

I purchased the body wrap several years ago and love it so much I ordered a second for my husband. It gives such relief to my back, shoulders, leg from Fibromyalgia. I love these heat packs. I actually prefer the t-shirt knit material to the polar-fleece but you seem to be sold out. I hope you don't discontinue them.

Love These!

I suffer neck and shoulder pain 24/7 so at home the heat wrap is worn daily. It stays warm for a long time compared to other brands and really helps relieve muscle pain. Fleese like texture.Weighted and feels good when warmed up as directedIt doesn’t show up in any type of fancy packaging though ( a see through bag).The pattern is ok. Received the leopard - it looks better from looking at if afar.
